Our Commitment

Our Risk Management Team plays a vital role in supporting the safety and success of every insured project. With deep industry expertise and a proactive approach, the team works closely with clients to identify potential exposures, recommend tailored mitigation strategies, and support alignment with TRU’s Loss Control standards. Through regular site evaluations, data analysis, and collaborative planning, the Risk Management Team helps to reduce the likelihood of costly incidents and helps to promote long-term resilience across construction operations.

Loss Control

Before the first inspection, our loss control engineers are assigned to each account to build rapport and understand the project’s unique risks. They connect with the project manager and construction team to introduce key fire prevention and security expectations, including our Loss Control Toolbox. We conduct our first site visit within 30 days of vertical construction and continue inspections every 90 days to support compliance and proactive risk management. Learn more
